GUITARWORX uses PAYPAL secure online payments. Customer payment information is not stored by GUITARWORX. Customer information is not passed to any third party.
DELIVERIES
All shipping charges listed are for U.K. Mainland destinations, delivery to charges to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Isles may be higher.
Overseas shipping is available, quotations are available for your order.
Goods are shipped using GREEN PARCEL who endevour to offset any Co2 produced during delivery by using money in one of the following areas:
Energy efficient projects - promoting the use of energy efficient light bulbs to lower demand on power stations and reduce emissions.
Forestry projects - trees absorb CO2 and release oxygen back into the atmosphere. We work with well-managed, long-term forestry, making a real contribution to local communities and biodiversity.
Renewable energy - making use of wind, hydro or solar energy to replace power generation through fossil fuels, leading to reduced emissions.
We will do our utmost to dispatch products on the same day, and items will generally arrive within 2-3 working days . Please allow up to 7 working days.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
It is the customers' responsibility to inspect any delivery for signs of damage or tampering. If you believe that you order has been damaged or tampered with, check the contents immediately before signing for them. If there is any damage items should be signed "DAMAGED IN TRANSIT",
All damaged or short deliveries goods need to be reported within 48 hours otherwise GUITARWORX cannot be held responsible
WARRANTY AND RETURNS
All products are covered by a full 12 month manufacturers warranty. Products which develop a fault within this period will need to be returned to GUITARWORX and a collection can be arranged by contacting us. We will need your name, address, contact telephone or email address. Product details and a detailed description of the fault will also need to be included to give us the best chance of diagnoses. An email from GUITARWORX giving you a returns number and returns address will be sent to you .
GUITARWORX will not accept any responsibility for any goods damaged on return to us. It is the customers responsibility to return the product to us packaged properly to prevent any damage in transit.
Once the product has been inspected we will take one of the following steps
1. the product will be repaired by us.
2. we will send the product back to the manufacturer who will repair any fault.
3. the product will be replaced by a new one.
The product will then be shipped to you the customer
please allow 30 days for warranty issues.
If you are not satisfied with any purchase a refund can be arranged or we can exchange the item for another of value. GUITARWORX will not exchange or refund any item until we have receipt of the goods. Refunds are GOODS ONLY (exludes shipping). Any goods to be returned must not be altered from their original condition. If you are not satisfied with your internet purchase it must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
GUITARWORX will not accept any returned item that is not in its original condition or packaging .
